I am not too proud to say that my mind and body have not recovered yet from the vacation. It is really heard to get back on track especially when breaks are preceded by the Holidays. I am now fully rested but my brain seems to refuse to work until 2011 kicks in, LOL. Christmas is now over and it is just a few more hours and another year is here. I have yet to receive my present from the husband who seemed to forgot to plan what to give me har har. I really think he should attend Gift Giving 101 where he could probably learn pleasing the wifey by sending long stem roses (flowers ain’t bad at all!) and an iPad! Anyway (in case he is actually reading this blog), there are no grudges
He can buy me flowers anytime and we have a lifetime to exchange gifts, naks!

And so finally the iPad was officially launched in Manila on Friday. Yes, only now. Apple fans can now buy from the authorized reseller and not worry about after sales service. Ever since this product was announced, I knew I wanted one but chances are elusive. I am sure this is now included in the list of bestselling birthday gifts (for Christmas, too!) along with birthstone cuffs, books, jewelry and other gadgets.

I will be offline for a few days. Our bags are packed, we’re ready to fly
I just need to finish some tasks and read tanning lotion reviews before I finally rest before the flight. I am excited and nervous at the same time. But I am sure that this trip will something I will always remember.
We will be back before Christmas so I will still be able to greet you all a Happy Christmas. Until then!

Have you seen this one? Click on the image to see explanations and larger view.
This was created by Paul Butler, an intern at Facebook, and is an example of visualized data. This shows how users are connected to each other and how much certain areas are interconnected. The more connections, the brighter the area, quite obviously. Just sharing, I just got amazed

The Holiday rush is definitely here. I find that I still have a lot of things to do for Christmas, not to mention preparations for the trip this weekend. Can you believe that I am not yet done with my gift shopping and the ones that I already bought aren’t wrapped yet? This is cramming at its finest! And then I realized that I forgot to put Keisuke, our beloved Shih-Tzu in my list? So this morning, I looked at dog beds because he needs a new one. I liked this bed I saw:
I am sure he will like it. However, I think it is too late to place an order so maybe I will do that early next year. Must grab a few treats for him instead.

Or are you like me who is still scrambling to get done? I need to buy a few more stuff then wrap the gifts. Our tree is kind of bare as of this time and wrapped gifts would make it look more real and festive. I promised myself I won’t cram this year but look at where I am right now, LOL! Anyway, I find these cool vintage t shirts by Junk Food Clothing while browsing for gift ideas:
So nice right? The designs are cute and the cloth seems soft to the skin. If I am not yet done with shirt shopping for those in my list, I would order these shirts at once.

If you are a Googoo&Gaga fan and not too busy tomorrow, then you might like to drop by the Trunk Show tomorrow, December 11.
Instead of joining a bazaar this year, the Googoo&Gaga team decided to launch their First Artist Collaboration series featuring resident artist AJ Dimarucot plus Inksurge and Everywhereweshoot. The event will be from 11am to 5pm, happening at the address stated in the image. There will be free cupcakes by Claycakes for the the first 30 guests.

We were watching Clean House a few hours ago and I realized just how much I missed watching this show. It was even nicer that they had Niecy’s house featured – yes, Niecy the producer and host needed some fixing in her house! So cute when she was bickering with her mother. We almost did not finish it because the electricity suddenly went off for a few minutes. The few moments that the TV was off, I was in daydreamland thinking of our future home where even the bathroom sink is perfect. I was snapped into reality when the electricity came back and we were able to resume watching the show. I say the bedroom for Niecy’s mom was awesome, as well as her little space in the garage. I wish a similar show could be done here but I doubt it. lest the producers would get abused, LOL!

It seems like Espadrilles are hot items these days. I got myself a pair, and in red (!) at a bazaar in Eastwood. It was love at first sight! My mom had to ask me twice if I was sure I wanted it because it didn’t look too comfortable. I insisted and got my way, of course.
I wore it to mass on Sunday and I paid for my fickle mindedness. But once I broke it in, I was fine and was thinking I am never really a shoe-girl in the first place, so a little scratch is okay. Maybe if I wear it a few more times, it will get more comfortable? We’ll see.

I used to be really clueless about stuff like this. I did not know the importance of traffic until I started earning online. I used to think that it is enough that I blog daily or be friendly with other bloggers but I realized that it takes more than that to optimize my blogs. Search engine optimization is the goal so advertisers will find your site appealing. There are many SEO tips that I read, one of which is to subscribe to a directory submission service. Another is to choose keywords wisely. I still have a long way to go, so much to learn. I am taking it one step at a time.
